A key function of social housing is to provide accommodation that is affordable to people on low incomes. Limits to rent increases set by law mean that rents are kept affordable. (Shelter England).
ICB works hard to deliver social housing projects to local councils and private landlords at prices that fit within the clients budgets. At the same time we deliver good workmanship, quality design, suitable materials and all aspects of the project to a standard that reflects the costs set out.
Hallways, bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms and living rooms are all part of the refurbishment work we undertake. Besides these heating, boilers, plumbing and drainage schemes, paving and fencing, and roofing, all services that ICB supplies with it’s own qualified team of engineers and builders.
Preserving the quality of life for anyone with a disability or old age in both social housing and privately owned dwellings, is an important part of our business. We do this by adapting bathrooms, kitchens and means of access to make it easier for residents to live comfortably and carry on enjoying their homes.
